Job Description
- Minimum 2 years of hands on experience in programming language PHP, Python, MySQL and SQL.
- Exceptional debugging and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Willing to travel within JB area (Plentong, Desa Cemerlang, & Seri Alam)
- Willing to travel if require (Melaka, Batu Pahat and Negeri Sembilan).
- Providing computer related hardware and software support throughout the organization.
- Responsible for development, maintenance applications and providing tier-3 support for business;
- Gather users\' requirements and translate IT into system design.
- Deploy IT training program and learnings across total organization.
- Perform first level troubleshooting in various ERP systems (eg. MS Dynamic, Asoft, SFA, etc).
- Handle and assist on troubleshooting endpoints for organization To ensure maximum uptime and system performance.
- Support for first level troubleshooting on devices such as thumbprint, door access and CCTV unit.
- Provide system support and user support through remote and might out of ordinary working hour.
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by the management.
