A Legal Firm company is currently hiring IT Support Specialist to join them in their Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Holds Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Information Technology is preferred.
- Troubleshoots, diagnoses problems, implements corrective action procedures in other computer-related systems and applications.
- Monitor and oversee all activities to ensure availability and expected performance of all internal systems.
- Providing technical support to users who are experiencing problems with their computers or software applications.
- Having professional IT certifications in Microsoft would be an added advantage.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
