Job Description

Job Summary Responsible for analyzing and improving the company\'s IT systems and infrastructure. This role involves understanding business processes and technical aspects, ensuring that IT systems are efficient, cost-effective, and meet the organization\'s needs. This role also will play a critical role in systems development and integration. Responsibilities Engage with business units to understand their needs and document detailed requirements, including user stories and functional specifications. Conduct audits of current systems, propose enhancements or replacements, and perform cost-benefit analysis for proposed changes. Perform feasibility studies, evaluate technical and financial aspects of proposed IT solutions, and present findings to stakeholders. Develop and deliver training programs for new systems or updates, using various methods and gathering feedback for future improvements. Offer timely technical support post-implementation, monitor system performance, and proactively address user issues. Conduct risk assessments for IT projects, identifying potential technical, financial, and operational risks and prioritizing them. Create contingency plans for critical IT projects, develop strategies to mitigate risks, and regularly update plans for relevance. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT systems analysis or a related field. Proven experience in systems design, integration, and analysis. Experience in project management, preferably in IT-related projects. Key Skills Required Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions. Well-verse knowledge of information technology, databases, programming languages, and system architecture. Ability to lead projects effectively, including planning, coordination, and monitoring multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical staff. Adept in identifying and solving problems in system design and implementation. Thoroughness in documenting requirements and system designs.
