AI System Research & Evaluation

Conduct comprehensive research on essential AI system features, functionalities, strategic direction, and implementation guidelines. Assess departmental workflows and service requirements to define system needs. Explore available AI solutions in the market and shortlist those that align with organizational requirements, focusing on: Core features and capabilities User interface and overall user experience Pricing models and cost-effectiveness
Vendor Engagement & System Trials

Register trial accounts to evaluate shortlisted AI systems offering free trials. Initiate contact and build relationships with vendors or suppliers of systems without trial options. Coordinate and schedule product demonstrations with selected vendors. Perform comparative analysis of shortlisted systems based on: Functional strengths and limitations Usability and interface design Pricing structures and value proposition Document all findings and evaluations in structured reports. Finalize the most suitable AI system based on trial outcomes and vendor presentations.
Internal & External Coordination

Collaborate with internal and external department heads, managers, and team leads to ensure alignment. Organize pilot testing of shortlisted AI systems within relevant departments. Collect and consolidate feedback post-trial to inform final decision-making. Prepare and submit a formal proposal to company leadership recommending AI system subscription.
AI System Implementation & Launch

Work with the Accounts and Finance team to complete subscription and procurement processes. Oversee system setup and coordinate deployment activities on the scheduled launch date. Develop comprehensive user guides and operational handbooks for system usage. Announce and officially launch the AI system across the organization. Provide ongoing system monitoring and support as needed. Conduct a performance review and gather user feedback one month post-deployment.
Candidate Requirements

Minimum qualification: Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Software Engineering, Software Architecture, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields. Strong understanding of current technology trends and innovations. Passionate about exploring emerging systems, tools, and digital solutions.
