Job Description

Applicants must possess at least Diploma or Degree in IT and Communication or IT or Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent Fresh graduates are encouraged Good track record in IT working environment (min 1-year experience). Manage, analyze, and troubleshoot network issues while handling user complaints and problem escalation professionally Troubleshoot sophisticated issue raised customer Provide IT helpdesk, infrastructure, and support to users Capable in doing installation, configuration, and reconfiguration of network appliances (switches, firewalls, routers, LLB, WOP, etc.) Assist in ICT network and infrastructure projects and responsible for any tasks assigned Evaluate and provide recommendation of infrastructure requirement Participate in system preparation, implementation and UAT Responsible for hardware and software inventory management and monitoring In-depth understanding of electrical safety norms and the ability to practice safety practices while working. Ability to test, measure, and repair faulty electrical components or circuits Ability to understand electrical engineering concepts, such as circuits, electronic components, power systems, and automation. Carry out and maintain backup for all network appliances configurations Adhere and enforce IT policies and procedures
