Job Requirement Minimum Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in any related field. Minimum three years of experience in related field. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and Ms Project. Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures. Ability to work on tight deadlines. Hands-on experience with managing clients and teams. Proven success in working with all levels of management. IT Technical Area Provide 2nd and 3rd level support responsibility on managing and maintaining network infrastructure including LAN and WIFI connection for the whole Albukhary International University (AIU) and other support entities Manage and Support ICT on-premise core infrastructure deployment such network modernization, internal CCTV, access card, audio & video system and fiber optic Manage and monitor all installed systems and technology infrastructure deployed in AIU and other support entities Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools such as access card system, audio and video system, Domain and Email for AIU other support entities Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability Provide technical expertise and advisory in regard to the technology and IT Security operations and support ensuring continuous technology and operations improvement Involve in the full cycle of IT equipment procurement processes IT Project Management Area Leading the ICT infrastructure project team members to ensure the team members and vendors ability to response on the project tasks accordingly Involve in the ICT infrastructure new and enhancement projects as when it is required Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members and the vendors to keep workflow on track Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored Initiate the procurement process and advise the best proposal from the vendor Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures \xe2\x80\x9cOur mission is to provide opportunity to serve humanity through social business in a redesigned learning environment.\xe2\x80\x9c Bachelor\'s or Equivalent
