Job Description
Requirements
Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Computer / Information Technology (Hardware)
Have knowledge of IT Equipment.
Willing to travel and possess a valid driving license (B2/D)
Proactive, independent, and understanding of the pressures and demands of clients.
Experience in IT Network Operation capacity or/and a good understanding of the IT support operation is an advantage
Fresh graduate with good learning attitudes is encouraged to apply
Responsibility
Setup, configuration and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, systems and networks
Handling daily cases remotely and on-site support if needed.
Corrective maintenance and Preventive Maintenance.
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
Networking (Switching, Wireless and Cabelling).
Keep proper filing documentation.
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
