Job Description
Job Summary:
Provide first-level support and troubleshooting for IT hardware, software and network infrastructure.
Provide supports and participate in all projects that related to IT technical and infrastructure.
Assist in managing and maintain documentation preparation for the systems and procedures in accordance to our IT standards/requirements.
Scope of role
To resolve all IT Technical issues together with external vendors in a timely and orderly manner
To resolve all IT Technical issues together with eGenting in a timely and orderly manner
Support all users not limited to Agricultural Technology (AgTech) Division
Requirements:
Currently persuing a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Computing/ Information Technology or equivalent.
Basic knowledge in IT technical support especially with standard servers, desktops, networking equipment and cloud. Added advantage if you have exposure on Microsoft Azure cloud.
Possess ability to resolve issues remotely.
Basic knowledge in Networking and Microsoft Server.
Good communication, team player and inter-personal skills.
Able to commit to a minimum internship duration of 4 to 6 months.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
