Provide client support and technical issue resolution on products and services
Knowledge in troubleshooting hardware and software
Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in client computer systems.
Assembly of PC/laptops, installing/upgrading parts. Knowledge on Gaming PC would be an added advantage.
Setup/reformat operating system on existing/new PC/laptop.
To undertake any tasks as and when required.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
A self-starter, responsible, analytical with good-attitude.
Possess good communication and technical skills with consultative skills as well as customer-oriented skills.
Initiative, fast learner and confident.
Able to work extra hours, independently, full responsibility and with minimum supervision.
