Requirements:
Diploma in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent
1-3 years of experience in IT support
Basic networking skills (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and common enterprise tools
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
Provide first-line technical support for internal users
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Maintain and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
Manage user accounts and permissions (e.g., emails & softwares)
Assist with IT onboarding/offboarding processes
Document incidents and solutions
Ensure smooth and efficient IT operations
Training new user on IT systems
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
