Job Description
We're looking for a skilled and motivated
IT Support Technician
to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for all things tech--supporting hardware, software, networks, and end-user troubleshooting. If you're passionate about solving problems and delivering excellent support, we want to hear from you.Requirements:
Diploma in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent 1-3 years of experience in IT support Basic networking skills (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and common enterprise tools Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
Provide first-line technical support for internal users Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues Maintain and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices Manage user accounts and permissions (e.g., emails & softwares) Assist with IT onboarding/offboarding processes Document incidents and solutions Ensure smooth and efficient IT operations Training new user on IT systems
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
