Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting of Moodle and WordPress platforms. Manage user accounts, update content, install plugins/themes, and optimise system performance. Perform basic coding tasks, including website customisation, script development, and automation using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Provide technical support to end-users on Moodle and WordPress usage -- handle inquiries, resolve issues, and offer guidance. Learn and explore new technologies, tools, and techniques in IT operations and web development. Work independently with minimal supervision while ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time. Qualifications:

Holding a Degree in Information Technology or a related field. Basic knowledge of Moodle and WordPress platforms. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Team player with a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and excel. Familiar with AI workflow automation tools
