Key Responsibilities

Maintain and troubleshoot internal IT infrastructure (hardware, software, and networks). Assist in device setup, account creation, and software configuration for new team members (onboarding). Collaborate with marketing and web development teams on projects involving CMS, analytics, and CRM tools. Perform regular software updates and ensure adherence to security protocols. Support integrations between marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics) and CRM systems. Contribute to automation or scripting initiatives to improve internal workflows. Prepare and update technical documentation (SOPs, user guides) for internal platforms and tools. Handle data management tasks such as cleaning, migration, and backups. Assist in AI-based initiatives, including integrating basic machine learning tools or exploring automation enhancements using AI.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a

Diploma/Bachelor's in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Artificial Intelligence

(or a closely related field). Basic understanding of networks, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and cloud-based tools. Exposure to or strong interest in AI technologies (e.g., Python libraries, machine learning concepts, AI APIs). Familiarity with

HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Python, SQL

API integrations

is a plus. Enthusiasm for exploring MarTech tools such as CRMs, automation platforms, and analytics dashboards. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
