Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

• You will be responsible to assist the IT Area Manager in executing IT tasks assigned for a specific business unit.
• To support the Local IT team in patch management and system updates by coordinating and ensuring end users\' systems are up to date
• You are responsible of managing IT assets, ie: setting up computers, managing IT equipment and lifecycle of the equipments
• Resolve help desk requests, ensuring timely follow up and effective communication
• Responsible for the provisioning of IT Service Requests within the agreed SLA for local IT
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve processes, driving greater efficiency and effectiveness in daily operations

What You Need to Succeedi) Qualification / IT Know-How

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline but with keen a interest in IT with at least a year of IT support or Technical Support experience
• Advanced ability to gather, monitor and document data
• Have a good understanding of the ITIL framework is a must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Having knowledge in these will be an added advantage: Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, MS Teams, LAN, VPN & Wireless, Antivirus, Windows 10.
