Role Overview
The Onsite / Field IT Support Engineer will provide hands-on technical support at client locations, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems while coordinating with remote IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, servers, printers, and peripherals
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end users
Configure and support
LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls
Provide onsite technical support and maintenance at client locations
Coordinate with remote IT teams for issue resolution
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware and OS (Windows/Linux)
Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi)
Hands-on troubleshooting and user support experience
Good communication and customer-handling skills
