An exciting ITSM Consultant (Financial Services) job has just become available at a leading company in the financial services industry based in Kuala Lumpur.

About the ITSM Consultant (Financial Services) Role:
In this business critical job, you will play a role to manage service management (Incident, Problem and Change) operations, ensuring business stakeholder\'s expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and manage all critical and high severity incidents (MIM) towards resolution within the agreed SLA
• Manage all incidents and requirements related to the ITSM process - Incident Management, Problem Management, Root Cause Analysis, Change Request, etc.
• Lead and contribute to effective post-incident review and reporting
• Ability to work across 24/7 coverage (standby) as required
• Maintain internal SOP (Incident, Problem and Change) and policies

To succeed in this ITSM Consultant (Financial Services) role, you will need be equipped with strong ITSM exposure, strong analytical skills and sound technological exposure across application and infrastructure.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years\' work experience in IT Service Management, certification in ITILv4 is a plus
• Ability to drive and coordinate MIM
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills in problem management
• Accountable for delivering of outcomes, strives to meet and exceed stakeholder\'s expectations
• Strong knowledge in ITSM tools and systems such as JIRA, SNow, etc.
