Open Position: ITSM Solution Architect
An MNC company is seeking for ITSM Solution Architect to join the team and be based in the Petaling Jaya office
- Analysis, design and implementation of IT Service Management business processes and workflows, based on ITIL best practices, in complex customer contexts.
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow feature updates/ offerings.
- Ability to produce clear technical and functional documentation
