Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs. Manages project work efforts and develops solutions at a client or within Accenture. Supports business development and solution planning activities. Communicates with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture ITSM Process Design Mapping and Analysis Bachelor\'s Degree in any discipline Minimum 3 years of consulting or professional services experience. Proven experience delivering IT Service Management consulting, systems integration and transformation projects. Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
