Act as a strategic HR partner to business unit heads, supporting business goals with relevant HR initiatives.
Lead workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning initiatives across Malaysia.
Ensure compliance with local labour laws, HR policies, and employment regulations in Malaysia.
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and employer branding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and build a strong pipeline of talents.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates in line with market demands.
Facilitate training programs, leadership development initiatives, and performance improvement plans.
Oversee HR administration including employee records, HRIS updates, payroll, and benefits management.
Ensure timely and accurate HR reporting and analytics to support decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of Human Resource experience in a Medium to Large corporation. Candidates in a managerial role covering multi-country operations (plus-point).
Strong knowledge of Malaysia labour laws and HR practices.
Proven experience in end-to-end Recruitment and Talent management strategies (required).
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
