Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic SEO / SEM Specialist to manage and scale our performance marketing initiatives in the fast-paced industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Leadership:

Develop and lead the execution of comprehensive SEO and SEM strategies that align with business goals and player acquisition targets. Oversee the performance of search campaigns across international markets, optimizing for traffic quality, user engagement, and conversion. Manage, mentor, and grow a team of SEO/SEM executives and specialists. Stay ahead of trends, Google algorithm changes, and regional regulations to ensure ongoing compliance and innovation.
SEO Management:

Own all aspects of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to improve search rankings and domain authority. Work with development teams to ensure site structure, speed, mobile experience, and indexing are optimized. Lead content optimization strategies in collaboration with content and product teams.
SEM/Paid Search Oversight:

Plan, launch, and scale paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant platforms. Manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal bidding strategies and ROI. Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives and landing pages, focusing on continuous performance improvement.
Performance Analytics & Reporting:

Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV, organic traffic, rankings, etc.). Build and present dashboards and performance reviews for leadership teams. Use insights to refine campaigns and guide data-driven decisions.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEO and SEM. Hands-on expertise with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Data Studio. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-first mindset.
