The Role



We're seeking an experienced

Part-Time SEO & SEM Specialist

to optimize our digital marketing efforts and drive qualified traffic to our platform. This flexible role requires approximately

1 week of work per month

, perfect for specialists looking for project-based engagement with a dynamic, fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities


SEO Optimization



Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings Optimize website content, meta tags, and on-page elements using WordPress Perform technical SEO audits and implement fixes Monitor and analyze SEO performance using SEMrush and other analytics tools Build and execute link-building strategies

SEM & Paid Advertising



Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for maximum ROI Develop and execute Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) strategies Monitor campaign performance and adjust bidding strategies Conduct A/B testing for ad copy and landing pages Manage advertising budgets efficiently

E-commerce & Listings Optimization



Optimize product listings and service pages for conversions Improve website user experience and conversion funnels Implement e-commerce best practices for marketplace optimization Analyze competitor strategies and identify opportunities

Reporting & Analysis



Provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights Track KPIs including traffic, conversions, and ROI Recommend data-driven improvements for ongoing campaigns

Required Qualifications



Essential Skills:



Proven experience in SEO and SEM (minimum 2-3 years) Strong proficiency with

WordPress

(theme customization, plugins, SEO optimization) Expert knowledge of

SEMrush

for keyword research and competitive analysis Hands-on experience managing

Google Ads

campaigns Proficiency in

Meta Ads

(Facebook Ads Manager) Experience with e-commerce and marketplace optimization Understanding of website analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console)

Technical Requirements:



Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics for on-page optimization Familiarity with SEO plugins (Yoast SEO, Rank Math) Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) Experience with landing page optimization

Soft Skills:



Self-motivated and able to work independently Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication skills in English Results-oriented with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications



Experience in healthcare, wellness, or medical tourism industries Knowledge of ASEAN market digital marketing trends Certifications: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint Experience with other tools: Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog Understanding of local Malaysian search behavior and trends
