Key responsibilities

  • Responsible in assisting chef to prepare dishes in the menu especially in Omakase, Teppanyaki and Sushi.
  • help chef to produce the highest standards of Omakase all the time.
  • Must have knowledge in Japanese menu creation.
  • Knowledgeable about the kitchen functions as a whole.
  • Assist chef in customizing orders to suit preferences.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the F&B industry or hospitality in a Japanese Restaurant.
  • Good knowledge of various sushi types and sushi-rolling techniques
  • Able to work on shift hours, weekend and public holidays
  • Applicants must be willing to work in IPOH, PERAK.
