Join Our Dynamic Team as a Cultural Liaison!Key Responsibilities:

• Bridge Cultural Gaps: Act as the primary liaison between Japanese expatriates and local staff, ensuring smooth communication and understanding.
• Admin Support for Expatriates: Provide comprehensive support services to Japanese expatriates, including handling visas, work permits, house contracts, accommodation, transportation, flight tickets, onboarding, and more.
• Executive Assistance: Assist the COO and SVP in organizing schedules, coordinating events for top management, preparing meetings, managing documentation, and providing guest services.
• Stay Informed: Manage subscriptions for Japanese news, magazines, and memberships to keep our team updated with the latest information.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment regulations and relevant standards, including those of the Home Company.
• Administrative Excellence: Oversee various administrative management tasks with precision and efficiency.
• Exceptional Hospitality: Deliver top-notch hospitality and customer service to all stakeholders, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Hold at least a Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in any field with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or 2nd class upper.
• Language Proficiency: Have relevant experience and be fluent in both Japanese and English. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is a bonus!
• Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confidence, and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Flexibility: Be mobile and willing to travel overseas when required.
