Korean / Japanese Customer Support Specialist (Leading Food Delivery Service)

Role & Responsibilities

Key Duties:

Providing support on how to use the ordering system/application. Processing updates and changes to registered user information. Handling issues related to incorrect orders or wrong items received. Responding to inquiries regarding delivery delays. Processing requests for re-delivery or order cancellations. Guiding customers through the refund process.

Salary & Compensation

Monthly Salary Range (Total):

RM 8,000 to RM 10,570

Breakdown:

Basic Salary:

RM 8,000 - 9,000

Night Shift Allowance:

Up to RM 1,200

KPI Allowance:

Up to RM 370
