The company specializes in the research, development, manufacturing, and sales of medical and pharmaceutical products, as well as over-the-counter (OTC) pharmaceuticals and oral care products. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service to our Japanese customers. Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with accuracy and empathy Resolve customer issues and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Stay up-to-date on product information and changes to company policies and procedures Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to improve customer service and satisfaction Education or Certification: Native in Japanese/Korean Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Able to work independently and in a team environment Experience in customer service or a related field preferred If you are interested, please contact the following with your resume.
