Position : Trabel Booking Site Customer Support (Japanese - Korean Speaing) Project Background: Global Travel Site Location : Suburb of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Salary: RM9,500 + Allowance As a customer support representative in a Malaysian call center, you will be responsible for handling inquiries and reservations for hotels, flights, and travel products for customers who wish to travel. You will primarily be responsible for handling customer inquiries from Japanese customers, as well as contacting travel agencies and hotels or airlines overseas for confirmation. Specific Job Duties . Handle customer inquiries and requests for changes related to flight and hotel reservations via email and phone, and resolve issues related to reservations, refunds, and cancellations. . Provide on-site support for transportation, hotel reservations and check-ins, and tourist information at travel destinations. . Communicate with local hotels, airlines, and travel agencies, and handle reservation confirmation, etc. as needed. As you may need to communicate in English, this job offers a global work environment that can improve your English language skills. . Provide advice and support to enhance customer satisfaction through communication with customers. Collect feedback and requests from customers and provide feedback to the marketing department and product team to propose improvements and new services. . This is a shift-based job (8 hours of working time).
