Industry: Medical, Risk Management Position: Japanese Speaking Customer Relations Executive Location: Kuala Lumpur or Penang Remuneration: RM5,000-6,500 (Base) + Performance based bonus Job Summary: The medical Interpreter will be responsible for facilitating communication between healthcare providers and patients with limited English proficiency. The interpreter will work in various medical settings, such as hospitals, clinics, and doctor\'s offices. The ideal candidate should have strong language skills and be able to interpret accurately and effectively in both English and the target language. Responsibilities: Main duties and responsibilities are attending our Japanese members to the hospital as a Interpreter for doctor consultation. Providing medical support to Japanese members including handle hospital\'s procedures, insurance claiming etc. Providing police reporting support as interpreter for Japanese customers who involve in car accident. Handling documents and input data into computer system in Japanese & English. Requirements: Fluent in Japanese and Good in English (PreferJLPT N2 & above). Prefer at least 1 year working experience in any industry, but fresh graduates are also applicable. Candidate must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma or Degree in any field, prefer from graduated from Japan. Note After joining the company, there will be a training period (OJT, etc.) for 1-2 months, so even those without experience or specialized knowledge can apply. You can also expect to improve your Japanese language skills and advance your career as a Japanese speaker.
