Position: Japanese Speaking Engineer

Client Background: Japanese Electric Manufacturing

Location: Selangor, Malaysia

Tenure: Permanent

Remuneration:

\xc2\xb7 Salary: RM4,000 - RM6,000 (depends on experience)

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 To plan, maintain and review all production activities, in particular parts manufacturing activities, to achieve constant optimum output and in accordance with company quality standards.

\xc2\xb7 To coordinate and work with others management functions to ensure smooth flow of work activities in the company.

\xc2\xb7 To make proposals to management on effective and efficient implementation of new production technologies.

\xc2\xb7 To ensure smooth transfer of new production lines (internal & external)

\xc2\xb7 Setting up of standard working procedures and standard assembling activities

\xc2\xb7 To perform various operation task and when required

\xc2\xb7 To involve in company\'s improvement activities

Requirements:

• Possess Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering / Tool & Die Design / Electrical / Electronic
• Experience in PLC, AutoCad Design Software, Statistical Process Control
• Good knowledge in electrical wiring, PLC program will be an advantage
• Relevant experience in Stamping / Moulding / Plating, jig fixture and die design in connector industry will be an added advantage
• Relevanty experience in manufacturing processes and continous improvement activities
• Good interpersonal skills, friendly, pleasant and positive working attitude
• Required to have Japanese skill (JLPT N2 level)
