Position: Japanese Speaking Inbound Travel Operator

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Tenure: Permanent

Remuneration: RM4,000-7,000 (Depends on experience)

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Develop and promote tour packages: Inbound tourism operators create and promote tour packages that cater to the interests and preferences of tourists. Design and develop itineraries, book accommodations, arrange transportation, and plan activities for tourists.

\xc2\xb7 Manage travel arrangements: Inbound tourism operators manage all aspects of travel arrangements for tourists, including flights, transfers, and local transportation. Eensure that all logistics are taken care of, and that the travel experience is hassle-free for tourists.

\xc2\xb7 Provide exceptional customer service: Inbound tourism operators are responsible for ensuring that tourists receive exceptional customer service throughout their trip. Should be able to handle any issues or concerns that arise during the trip and make sure that the tourists are satisfied with their experience.

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with local partners: Inbound tourism operators collaborate with local travel partners, such as hotels, transportation providers, and activity operators, to ensure that everything runs smoothly. They negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and monitor the quality of services provided.

Requirement

\xc2\xb7 Education or working experience in tourism, hospitality, or a related field is preferred

\xc2\xb7 Japanese proficiency, both written and verbal (JLPT N2 level or above) is required.

\xc2\xb7 Strong communication and customer service skills.

\xc2\xb7 Good organizational and time management skills.

\xc2\xb7 Cultural awareness and sensitivity.

\xc2\xb7 Basic technology and computer skills.
