Client Background: Japanese Electric Manufacturing Location: Johor, Malaysia Job title: Manufacturing Engineer (Japanese Speaking) Tenure: Permanent Salary and Benefits: RM2,500 to RM3,800 (depends on experience) Yearly bonus : We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Manufacturing Engineer who is fluent in Japanese. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising manufacturing processes and ensuring that high-quality work is completed in a safe and efficient manner. Responsibilities: Supervise manufacturing processes to ensure that quality standards are met and that work is completed in a safe and efficient manner. Collaborate with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, reduce costs, and optimize labor requirements. Diagnose problems in the production line and provide recommendations and training to resolve issues. Establish safety procedures and protocols that prioritize worker safety and minimize our carbon footprint. Stay up-to-date with advancements in engineering and production, and share knowledge with colleagues to drive continuous improvement. Identify, document, and report unsafe practices to maintain a safe working environment. Analyze all aspects of production and provide recommendations for improvement. Qualifications: Fresh graduate are also applicable. A Bachelor\'s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field. Fluent in Japanese and English. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control. Experience in lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
