Location: Johor, Malaysia

Job title: Manufacturing Engineer (Japanese Speaking)

Tenure: Permanent

Salary and Benefits:

• RM2,500 to RM3,800 (depends on experience)
• Yearly bonus

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Manufacturing Engineer who is fluent in Japanese. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising manufacturing processes and ensuring that high-quality work is completed in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise manufacturing processes to ensure that quality standards are met and that work is completed in a safe and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, reduce costs, and optimize labor requirements.
• Diagnose problems in the production line and provide recommendations and training to resolve issues.
• Establish safety procedures and protocols that prioritize worker safety and minimize our carbon footprint.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in engineering and production, and share knowledge with colleagues to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify, document, and report unsafe practices to maintain a safe working environment.
• Analyze all aspects of production and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduate are also applicable.
• A Bachelor\'s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent in Japanese and English.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control.
• Experience in lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
