Assisting Manager in procuring Engineering contract/ project.
Study and understand the respective TENDER documents/ drawing, drafting out the appropriate enquiry documents, and discussing with sub-contractor its implication.
Preparing and making tender/ quotation to the respective client/ customer with regards to cost, technical terms and conditions, etc.
Follow-up, negotiate and furnishing the respective clients/ customers additional informations and details, and replying their further enquiries if applicable.
Reporting to the Manager on the respective requirement under the laws and regulations governing construction work and operation of machinery, and carrying out his instruction on this matter.
Reporting to the Manager and liaising with him on preparation of the lists of materials, tools, equipment, etc., required for carrying out the construction work.
Observing and ensuring that all Engineering activities within the Company in particular, within the country in general were upkept and the effort of the personnel are directed to and conducive to successful completion of all Engineering Projects undertaken by thew Company.
Implementing, maintaining and improving the Quality Management System.
Comply with the Company's Rules and Regulations.
