Responsiblities
Supply material such steel, paper, copper to sub-con or factories with competitive cost, on time delivery, provide smooth purchasing, logistic for factories
Understand corporate policy and factories\' material procurement needs, plan & manage activities to satisfy factories\' needs
-Follow up daily operation. E.g. PO issue / quotation issue to sub-con or factories
- PSI control
- Export/Import logistic follow up
-Make sure the delivery of materials are on time to our sub-con or
factories base on their requirement
- Supply the material to sub-con, buy back with correct quantity and price to factories.
-Listen to customer voice and review data to find opportunities for improvements, set mutually agreeable targets and accomplish them
Requirement:
1. Good Japanese (Minimum N2), English, Mandarin and Malay communication skill
2. Basic excel, intermediate level is preferred (V-lookup)
