As a Japanese Speaking Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible to:
Process customer orders and delivery schedule
Manage Sales Order, Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Goods and Invoice
Negotiate and coordinate with vendors and customers on purchase and delivery
Maintain and built customer relationship
Investigate, report, and resolve customer service issues
Ad hoc duties as assigned by management from time to time
Visit client location to better understanding requirements and issues
Qualification:
At least Diploma in any field.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
At least JLPT N3 and above and is able to communicate in Japanese language (internal communication)
Minimum 2 years of working experience in any field.
High competence in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills (verbal and written).
Good team player and able to work in minimal supervision.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
