About the Role

We are looking for a

Japanese-Speaking Travel Quotation Specialist

who enjoys creating travel experiences, researching destinations, and crafting tailored travel solutions for our clients in Japan and Southeast Asia.
If you love travel, have strong Japanese communication skills, and want to work in a dynamic, international environment -- this is the perfect role to elevate your global career.

Key Responsibilities: Travel Planning & Research

Research and source travel components such as hotels, transportation, meals, and guides to create complete travel packages. Analyse supplier options to prepare competitive, accurate, and compelling quotations.

Sales Support & Collaboration

Work closely with the Sales Team to understand client needs and propose the best travel solutions. Act as the main point of contact for tour-related inquiries from Japan and Southeast Asia.

Quotation & Documentation

Prepare tailor-made quotations and pricing sheets with high accuracy and attention to detail. Ensure timely and professional communication with internal teams and external partners.

Additional Tasks

Assist in client-related reports, updates, and administrative tasks. Support management with ad-hoc projects and assignments as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related fields. 1-2 years of experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality is preferred (fresh graduates with strong Japanese ability are highly encouraged).

Japanese proficiency:

Minimum

JLPT N3/N4

or equivalent (reading & writing required). Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken. Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking abilities. Analytical thinker with high accuracy and strong problem-solving skills. Able to start immediately or within short notice is an advantage.

Just to let you know, the market you will be supporting is within the tourism industry, specifically for Japan and Southeast Asia. As a Quotation Coordinator, there may be occasions where you are required to send out invitations via email for events such as beer festivals or wine festivals.
These tasks are purely administrative and do not involve physical attendance or direct handling of alcohol. We would like to confirm if you are comfortable with this aspect of the role?
