Key Responsibilities

Research and source travel components (hotels, meals, transport, guides) based on sales team requirements. Prepare accurate and competitive quotations tailored for clients in Japan and Southeast Asia. Work closely with sales teams to understand client needs and craft customized travel itineraries. Provide timely, professional responses to all travel-related inquiries. Act as the primary liaison for tour-related queries, ensuring smooth coordination and communication. Support management with ad-hoc assignments and special projects as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality preferred (fresh graduates with strong Japanese language skills are encouraged to apply). Proficiency in English (spoken and written). Japanese language ability -- minimum

JLPT N3 or N4

, with strong reading and writing skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Analytical, proactive, and adaptable team player. Able to start immediately or within short notice is an advantage.

Just to let you know, the market you will be supporting is within the tourism industry, specifically for Japan and Southeast Asia. As a Quotation Coordinator, there may be occasions where you are required to send out invitations via email for events such as beer festivals or wine festivals.
These tasks are purely administrative and do not involve physical attendance or direct handling of alcohol. We would like to confirm if you are comfortable with this aspect of the role?
