Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields. At least 7 years of software development or related experience in Java. Proven experience with modern software architecture and
design patterns
. Experience withRDBMS (Postgres) and NoSQL (MongoDB)
. Experience with domain-drivenmicroservices
and event-driven architectures. Experience withAgile methodology
or similar lean startup approach to building software. Familiarity withDocker
/Container and Container Orchestration (Kubernetes
). Familiarity withCI/CD platforms
(GitHub Actions, Gitlab CI). Strong understanding and implementation of secure coding best practices; familiarity with OWASP Top 10. Familiarity with modern cloud service providers such asAWS, Azure, and GCP.
Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment. Experience managing a high-performing backend engineering team working on complex, scalable microservices.Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
