Job Responsibilities:

Development of MQHRs' HCMS software suite. Responsible for Java application development to support business objectives. To support and maintain existing software product in line with predefined service levels. Ensure modifications and development of the software meets defined requirements and are in compliance with quality controls including but not limited to code reviews, testing, and documentation. Pro-actively communicate with Business Analyst / Implementors to clarify the user requirements. Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to the system. To develop enterprise-scale applications in accordance with Company standards, procedures, and methodology. Assist team lead and manager closely in preparing all unit test cases and system test cases. Work closely with the Support / Customer Service team for post-implementation support. Job Requirement:

Must possess at least Diploma, Degree Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. Required skills in Java, Python, J2EE, MSQL and SQL Language, Hibernate, Web 3.0 & Web 4.0 Technologies. Preferred skills in Tomcat webserver, LDAP Server, Linux/Unix. Understanding of IP networking, including the ability to analyse network behaviour, performance and application issues using standards tools like tcpdump/ ethereal/ wireshark. * A keen technology trend followers and able to propose how these emerging technologies can be adapted in project.
