We are looking for an experienced

Java Developer

to join our client's dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur for a 13-month contract. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in

Java 17+, Spring Boot 3.3+, Microservices

, and

AWS Cloud technologies

, along with a solid understanding of software development best practices and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities



Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based microservices applications. Implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end and third-party systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver cloud-based solutions on AWS. Optimize and monitor applications using tools like

Kibana, Grafana, and Elastic Search (AWS OpenSearch)

. Write clean, efficient, and testable code using

JUnit, Mockito

, and adhere to

SonarQube

standards. Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. Work in an Agile environment and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.

. Expertise in

. Strong background in

SonarQube compliance

. Excellent communication and client interaction skills; proactive and detail-oriented.
