Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and driven Back-End Developer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems that support high-performance web and mobile applications. This role requires strong hands-on experience with Java (8-21), Spring Boot, REST APIs, and database technologies. You'll work in an agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Create & maintain technology in back-end to create a comprehensive solution that meets the customer's business needs. Architect and implement web/mobile back end with efficiency, speed, quality & robustness in mind. Assess efficiency and speed of current applications. Troubleshoot and implement bug fixes related to client and user-reported issues. Play proactive support role and take ownership of technical issues, and work with internal/cross-functional/ external team to resolve more advanced issues when necessary. Collaborate with team members in all aspects of software design, coding, testing, documentation & deployment. Deliverables in agile scrum approach.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in business analytics / computer science / data analytics / software engineering. Experience in web / mobile application development & environment. At least 2 - 5 years hands on knowledge & experience in the following:- Java version 8 to 21 Git version control REST API Java Spring Boot Spring Batch Oracle/SQL Server Jaspert Report (added advantage)

Preferred:

Strong process and analytical/numeracy skills. Preferrable Local Malaysian Immediate joiner
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
