Responsibilities
Lead and participate in the full
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
-- from requirements gathering and analysis to design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Performsystem analysis and design (SA&D)
, translating business needs into technical tasks and functional specifications. Develop and maintainscalable enterprise applications
aligned with business and technical requirements. Collaborate withBusiness Analysts, UX/UI designers, QA teams
, and other IT personnel to deliver quality solutions. ConductProof of Concept (POC)
assessments to evaluate new technologies and their feasibility. Create and maintaintechnical documentation
for internal and external stakeholders. Providetechnical guidance
to developers and ensure adherence to best practices. Identify opportunities forsystem improvements
, enhancing performance and user satisfaction. Delivertimely technical support
, resolving issues and responding to stakeholder inquiries.Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in
Information Technology
or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years
of hands-on experience in software development and system analysis. Proven expertise in:Backend:
Java 17, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring JPA, JWT, OpenAPIFrontend:
React (Next.js)Database & Tools:
Redis, MariaDB, Docker, Linux Knowledge ofCI/CD pipelines
(Jenkins, Git, JIRA) andautomated testing tools
is an advantage. Familiarity withAgile methodologies
andDevOps practices
. Prior experience ingovernment-related projects
orsystem integration (SI&I)
