Job Description

(A) Responsibilities: 1. Responsible in payroll processing including submission of monthly statutory payment such as EPF, SOCSO and EIS. 2. Maintaining staff personal databases regularly 3. Preparing offer letter for new staff and other corresponding letters and/or memo. 4. Work closely with operation team in regards to HR related matters such as collecting staff attendance, advising staff regarding OT and allowance etc. 5. Knowledgeable in OT and salary calculation. 6. Assist day to day operation and activities of the HR & Admin Dept 7. Able to handle administrative duties and others clerical task 8. Must be willing to take on any other ad-hoc duties by superior from time to time (B) Requirement 1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent 2. Required skill(s): MS Office, UBS Payroll Software or equivalent 3. Well verse and good understanding in Employment Act 4. Min (2) years of working experience in the related field is required 5. Able to work independently, comfortable with tight deadlines and long hours 6. Good communication skills 7. Job location: Bandar Baru Bangi 8. Employment type: Permanent job with 6 months probation 9. Availability: Immediately or at least 2 week\'s notice
