Main Duties & Key Responsibility :
Provide the perfect service experience for every Guest
Approached on the Upselling Skills/ Recommendation to the guest
Apply positive suggestive sales approach to guide Guests
Ensure the Guest feels important and welcome in the restaurant
Present menu, answer questions and make suggestions
Ensuring that checklists, requisitions and proper opening and closing functions are being completed during operations hours.
Assist in keeping the restaurant clean and safe opening & closing
Ensure all daily, weekly and monthly reports are detailed and submitted in a timely matter.
Work & Assist closely with Restaurant manager in time to time.
Report to duty on time and in proper uniform
Assists on basic paperwork of Outlet Operation (while needed)
Job Requirement :
At least have working experience in the restaurant operation.
Can accept in switching between different branch while needed.
Have encourage for working when we needed.
Good working attitude and pleasant disposition.
Posses own transport.
