SALES MANAGER
Salary: RM 5,000 - RM 9,000

Main Benefits :
 
Basic salary of  RM 4,000 to RM 5,000 per month
Additional commission and performance bonus
Total remuneration of RM 120,000 per year or more

Role and responsibilities:
 
-To actively consult and advice client on the financial planning based on customer needs.
- Introduce a range of our partners winning products from car , fire , all risk  to legacy planning by doing the Hibah takaful , income protection, children education ,retirement planning , will and trust .
-To achieve individual sales targets and contribute towards the achievement of the company and  branch target.
-To follow company structure activities , training to increase knowledge and skills and the success model.
-To build strong client relationships to retain and grow the wealth of the clients.
-To receive valuable market insight and feedback.
-Performing candidates will be groomed for top management posts
 
 
Requirements :
 
- Age 26 to 50
- Minimum current salary of RM 3,000 per month
- Self driven and ambitious individuals
- Candidates with min 2 years sales experience , unit trust consultant , bank manager , travel agent   will have an advantage
- Candidates will be involved in the role like Human Resources ,Training , Sales , Marketing and Finance.
- Must possess a recognized  Diploma / Degree education
- Able to communicate well in English , Chinese and local languages
- Must be creative and have a take-charge personality
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
- Good communication skill, analytical and problem-solving skills
