Job Description
DescriptionPrimary Objective:To oversee and manage the pre- and post-issue administration of debt issues handled by the Department, including agency functions.
Key Responsibilities:Performance of debt administration and agency functions, including carrying out key tasks and responsibilities as follows: * Ensuring compliance with all conditions precedent to debt issuance, including execution and perfection of security documents;
- Administering all operational requirements/procedures pertaining to FAST and RENTAS for debt issuance;
- Performing post-issuance follow-up in terms of regulatory and reporting requirements, compliance with financial and other covenants by clients, monitoring of designated accounts, billings and payments;
- Handling the tendering process for issuance of commercial papers under note issuance facilities.
