Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Business Executive to promote cutting-edge health solutions that blend science with natural wellness. The key focus is to foster strong business relationships while providing outstanding service to clients. This is a B2B sales position, targeting businesses such as pharmacies, to introduce and grow the adoption of healthcare products and supplements. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about health, performance, and expanding business opportunities in the dynamic healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular field visits to connect with clients, nurture relationships, and explore new growth avenues while achieving sales targets and driving business development initiatives. Present and explain company products to pharmacists and healthcare staff, ensuring they understand the benefits and positioning of each brand effectively. Gather and assess market intelligence, including trends, customer requirements, competitive landscape, and potential challenges. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of projects, campaigns, and initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum SPM; diploma or bachelor's degree preferred with at least 1 year of relevant experience. Additional certifications in related fields are a plus. Language proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is required. Strong communication, problem-solving, reporting, and computer skills. Must have own transportation and be willing to travel. Able to work independently while contributing effectively to a team. Customer-focused with a proactive learning attitude.
