About the role:



As a

Sales Executive

, you'll play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and developing long-term customer relationships. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about sales, enjoy building rapport, and can adapt their approach based on client type--whether working with dealers or end-users. You'll take ownership of the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, positioning the company's products as valuable, go-to solutions. Responsibilities:



Generate and Develop New Leads:

Actively source new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold outreach, networking, and inbound inquiries. Build and maintain a strong pipeline across both dealer and end-user segments.

Build and Strengthen Customer Relationships:

Engage regularly with clients to understand their business needs, ensuring consistent follow-up and service. Cultivate trust and maintain long-term partnerships that result in repeat business and referrals.

Understand Customer Segments and Tailor Sales Approaches:

Adapt your sales strategy based on the customer profile--whether working with dealers for wholesale distribution or direct end-users for customized sales. Position products accordingly to maximize value and close rate.

Present and Close Sales:

Deliver effective sales presentations and product recommendations. Handle negotiations and objections confidently, guiding prospects through the buying journey and securing successful deal closures.

Coordinate Internally for Fulfilment:

Liaise with internal teams to ensure product availability, timely delivery, and post-sale support. Serve as a point of contact for any client concerns and work cross-functionally to resolve them efficiently.

Track Sales Activities and Achieve Targets:

Consistently meet individual sales goals. Maintain accurate records of client communications, sales activity, and progress using internal systems to support forecasting and follow-up.

Requirements:



Minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in home-related, construction, or product-based industries. Strong communication skills and the ability to tailor messaging for different customer types. Experience working with both B2B (dealers) and B2C (end-users) is an advantage. Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced sales environment.
