Job Description

• To manage job card flow process and key management system
• To manage team members effectively so that each team member achieves his targeted productivity, efficiency and revenue by clocking system (Autoline)
• To ensure repair jobs are performed within the stipulated time and timely completion of repairs as per promise delivery time communicated to customers by CSC
• To ensure that the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) is followed

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To handle the process of receiving, recording and closing job cards generated by front line
• Work together with Team Leaders in assigning job cards to technicians as per Procedure for Job Assignment
• To create and print Sublet Order for Sublet jobs
• To ensure that all jobs are distributed as per skills level of the technicians so that the work on the customer\xe2\x80\x99s cars are performed with high level of accuracy and timely completion to meet promised delivery time
• To closely monitor on technician clocking time and ensure technicians work efficiency achieves MBM target levels
• Daily update of outstanding WIPs in the Daily Job Record complete with progress status of each vehicle
• To ensure car keys tracking process (with envelope) is properly recorded and operated smoothly
• To arrange for pick-up and delivery of customers vehicles within Interbranch / Contractors / Towing Services
• To ensure all vehicle keys are documented manually and placing in a secured cabinet
• To print weekly C05 mechanic labour revenue from Kerridge System and paste on notice board
• Perform additional tasks as and when required by the management

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Possess min Diploma in Automotive Engineering or equivalent
• Possess min 2-3 years relevant experience in similar role or as workshop executive in passenger vehicles workshop environment
• A good communicator and proficient in English and Malay languages
• Good organisational & follow-up skills, a multi-tasker and a team player

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
