Generate and issue invoices for logistics services, including freight, warehousing, and transport
Reconcile delivery orders, shipment records, and billing statements
Liaise with logistics coordinators to verify service completion and billing accuracy
Maintain organized records of waybills, PODs (Proof of Delivery), and billing documentation
Monitor accounts receivable and assist with payment follow-ups
Resolve billing discrepancies related to logistics timelines or service variations
Support internal audits and reporting for logistics-related billing activities
Qualifications Required:
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Logistics, or Business Administration
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in billing or logistics finance
Familiarity with freight documentation, delivery schedules, and warehouse coordination
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and billing/accounting software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred:
Experience with MASLOG systems or similar logistics billing platforms
Knowledge of Incoterms, freight charges, and customs billing
Bilingual communication skills (e.g., English/Malay) for cross-functional coordination
