The incumbent will be responsible for general tenancy administration, market survey, securing new tenants and supporting overall leasing activities.
Responsibilities:
To prepare Rental Proposal, TEF, Letter of Offer, Tenancy Agreement
To call and follow up with Tenants on execution of Tenancy Agreement
To arrange Tenancy Agreement for stamping and conduct company search
To file all documents / correspondences from tenants on a weekly basis
To assist in typing reply to tenant correspondences.
To attend to tenant and customer complaints
To assist leasing in leasing enquiry
To update leasing report & tenants contact list
Control of empty unit keys movement and letter box key for tenants
To assist distribution of circulars when required.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Real Estate, Marketing, or related discipline.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
1 year of experience in leasing, property management, real estate, or administrative work is an added advantage.
Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong administrative, filing, and documentation skills.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in paperwork.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
