Responsible and accountable for successful resolutions of technical problems.
Constantly acquire and learn the BSMART software and products, and the client\'s operational environment to understand how problems can be avoided and resolved permanently and successfully.
Keep updated with the technical knowledge in the industry, telematics & IT technologies locally and globally.
Create, update, and maintain instructions for record-keeping in resolving a technical problem.
