Job Description


  • Manage, plan, structure, configure, and deploy network, servers, and all other relevant software for BSMART and other sites.
  • Assist, communicate, and coordinate with clients to resolve technical problems promptly and accurately, remotely as well as on-site.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems.
  • Manage, plan, structure, configure and deploy DR (Disaster Recovery)
  • Update and maintain instructions in repairing a technical problem.
  • Learn, play, test, analyze, and assess new software & products.
  • Responsible and accountable for successful resolutions of technical problems.
  • Constantly acquire and learn the BSMART software and products, and the client\'s operational environment to understand how problems can be avoided and resolved permanently and successfully.
  • Keep updated with the technical knowledge in the industry, telematics & IT technologies locally and globally.
  • Create, update, and maintain instructions for record-keeping in resolving a technical problem.
